Procedure Overview

Incision locations: inframammary (under the breast), periareolar (around the nipple), transaxillary (under the arm), or transumbilical (through the belly button).
Placement: subglandular (above the muscle) or submuscular (beneath the muscle), depending on your tissue characteristics and desired look.

The procedure typically takes one to three hours and is performed under general anesthesia. Patients return home the same day.

Implant Placement Options

Subglandular

Submuscular
