How the Procedure Works

  1. Incisions are made in a location that will conceal scarring.
  2. A pocket is created beneath the gluteus maximus muscle.
  3. The selected implant is carefully inserted into position.
  4. Incisions are closed with sutures, and a compression garment is applied.

This technique ensures the implant is well-covered by muscle for a more natural look and feel, while also providing support and reducing visible implant edges.

Most patients require two to three weeks of downtime. Here’s what to expect:
