Laser Resurfacing

Laser skin resurfacing is well known to be one of the very best methods for treating acne scars. Powerful, controlled laser light is used directly on the skin, which results in the production of healthy new skin cells.

If laser skin resurfacing is right for you and you properly undergo the correct amount of laser resurfacing treatments recommended for you, your skin’s tone and texture will be significantly improved, and any scarring will be reduced.

We use the Secret™ Pro laser, which includes two separate handpieces: one for laser resurfacing and one for microneedling, both of which are excellent for acne and acne scarring.

Platelet-Rich Plasma

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments utilize your skin’s own healing properties to reduce the appearance of acne scars. PRP comes from your blood, and houses growth factors to repair damaged skin. Once the blood has been drawn from your arm and the plasma has been isolated, it can be administered to your face in different ways: directly with a syringe; in combination with laser resurfacing, or in combination with microneedling (see below).

Microneedling

Microneedling is an excellent way to treat acne and acne scars. Although you shouldn’t have microneedling done if you have an active breakout, it does help control acne. The procedure works by creating micro-punctures into the skin, which your body then repairs with brand-new, healthy tissue. The result is reduced scarring. PRP (see above) is combined with microneedling, it furthers the results even more because it speeds up the tissue repair. This study reported that PRP with microneedling reduced acne scars by 62.20%.

Agnes RF

The AGNES™ RF microneedling device is a safe, cutting-edge microneedling technology that delivers radiofrequency waves to the skin to help destroy oil-producing glands without damaging the skin around them. AGNES has been proven to prevent future acne outbreaks while reducing the appearance of existing scars and pitting.

Secret RF

Secret RF microneedling is a great choice for acne scars. This 24K gold microneedling device with radiofrequency helps improve pore size and acne scars. The skin is also tightened, and new collagen is built.

Facials

Facials are an excellent way to control acne breakouts.
